Please print out our booking form and complete. Return it to us at The Wesley Centre, Blyth Road, Maltby, Rotherham, S66 8JD with your 25% deposit. Cheques should be made payable to Morley Care Services Limited with the holidaymaker’s name on the reverse. If the departure date is within 90 days of your booking, please send the full amount.
We will look at the information provided on your booking form. We may contact you to ask you for more information if necessary. If we believe the holiday is suitable for your needs, we will confirm this in writing along with a receipt. If we do not believe the holiday is suitable for your needs, we will inform you in writing and return your payment.
You agree to keep us updated about any changes to your needs between booking and the departure date.
