What is included
All our holidays are fully inclusive so you don't need to worry about a thing. As well as fully organising and booking your trip and providing the full support and personal care you require, your accommodation, meals, travel, entrance fees and holiday photos are included in the price. We pick you up right from your front door so all you need to think about is packing your bag (and we even provide a recommended list for that!)
Accommodation
All accommodation is fully inspected and carefully chosen to suit your needs. We discuss what accommodation would suit you best before finalising where we stay on each trip. All our accommodation is fully suitable for the disabled and wheelchair access.
Food
We ensure that the meals we provide for you are to your liking and fully cater for special diets. We ask you what food you like and dislike and usually provide self catering accommodation to fully ensure you are eating your favourites!
Itinery
Once you have booked your holiday we send you details of the carers who will be supporting you throughout your trip and a sample itinery. We discuss what you want to get out of the trip and where you would like to visit on your first evening with us and tailor the itinery to suit your wants.
Communication
If you own a mobile phone we are very happy for family, friends and carers to contact you directly throughout your holiday. Alternatively, we are fully equipped with a mobile phone which we are happy to take a call from your family and friends to update them how your holiday is progressing. We also provide the facility for you to call home yourself on your trip away.
Medication & Personal care
We help you administer all medication during the holiday as recorded on your medication sheet filled in on your booking form.We also provide a high level of personal care so that you are comfortable and happy throughout your stay with us.
Entrance Fees
We include entrance fees for three attractions while you are away. You get to choose where you would like to go within the area and are not taken to an attraction that doesn't interest you.
Holiday Photos
We take lots of photographs of you while you away and provide you with a wallet of photos and a CD with digital images on so that you can show your friends and family the fun time you had. There is no need for you to bring your own camera if you don't want to - we'll do it all for you.
